@Narendra I installed Debian in quite a number of PCs, in all of them I could access iitd website. But this time it happened the other way. Its not opening even with removing the proxy.
@Sharad Unable to ping www.iitd.ac.in. Infact, none of the address like www.google.com, www.yahoo.com it pings. Neither it pings 10.10.4.1, 10.10.5.1. Unable to ssh 10.10.4.1 or 10.10.5.1. But, I can open http://10.10.4.1, http://10.10.5.1. It could ping only ping itself i.e; localhost.
