Well, In that case , i think , my suggestion is feasible. Since there are IBM people who are willing to give a outstanding workshop on any open -source stuff**,only condition is that number of attendies should be atleast 100.
But since It's IBM they will not include topic like CMS/LMS or mini CMS like wordpress. They will be more focus on LINUX,and there open-source software that include eclipse, DB2, etc. https://tgmc.in/tech_details.php?id=5 But see, they may help us in providing more insight detail of open-source . We can't call them as we can't gather much audience. But if DCE and ip (10+ distinct engineering colleges) combine, it can be a fruitful workshop. But Again just a suggestion.
