This is not a real Google Crome OS and don't have any relation with Google
Inc. Its has been created by using an online tool SuseStudio provided by
Suse, You can also develop your own distribution using this site
http://susestudio.com/ .
I have also created such OS 'DevDNIX' and the download link is
given below, even I haven't tried it yet. :-)

http://susestudio.com/download/54a9dd1b1d7f8f835ac2d9d2611849dc/DevDNIX.i686-0.0.1.iso

You first need to apply for an account in http://susestudio.com/ and after
approval you can crate your own Linux distribution by selecting the
components, logos, packages and all through some mouse clicks only.

You can see the SuseStudio sign clearly in the installation steps screen
shots in the above link and you can also read "Google Chrome Browser site
is not affiliated with or sponsored by Google Inc." in the footer of the
above page. You can read "Chrome OS is not related to Google. Service
provided by SUSE Studio <http://susestudio.com/>. See the
license<http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_License>."
in the download page too.
