Here i m providing a brief of my proposal l...@jamia Objectivs : - To create an active and well equipped Linux Community within JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA University. - To establish a medium to promote FOSS activity and to increase the active interaction amongst members of the club and the newbies . - To keep informing about latest developments in the Open Source Community. - To provide a seprate platform to all the students of university to communicate and share the different experiences with linux. Mission : To spread the knowledge of Open Source Software and to promote the usage of Linux operating system among the students of the University. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need a help regarding the First workshop which specially for the newbies in the university . So if u suggest me the basic topics regarding the workshop which could be understandable by the students those are planning switch over to LINUX .
