(3) We should target audience beyond the standard ILUG-D + IIT + Barcamp/FOSS audience-- maybe put posters in random delhi colleges OR even in some cyber cafes--- so that geeks that are extremely passionate about tech-- but otherwise totally random can also show up-- and add variety and flavour to the gathering.
