ALL OF U ARE TELLING THAT HOW TO EXTRACT THE CONTENTS OF .TAR.GZ FILE

but i asked that how to install it on windows such as converting to .exe

i have already extracted its contents

i need it because i have ubuntu installed in my system but after then i
installed windows and so
i do not have grub loader to boot with ubuntu
also i donot have live cd
i have downloaded .tar.gz file of grub loader and now i want to install grub
loader through this setup so that i can boot with ubuntu
