Hi, I was trying to establish a video chat connection using empathy to a friend using gtalk but empathy kept giving me a disconnected message (you'll see what I mean when you try it). Here is the solution I found at http://live.gnome.org/Empathy/FAQ#Which_video_codec_do_I_need.3F
