I have used a bit of ns2. I don't think ns2 is meant for graphing. It comes with nam to animate how packets were sent. To generate graphs, you have to take the output file (they are text files), extract the data from it (write your own c or script files), and use something like gnuplot/octave/spreadsheet tool to plot graphs.
