mount each and every partition and find menu.lst or grub.cfg and give option
to user that which Linux boot he want to recover and then it apply the
grub-install command to recover it. making the script and putting into
simple recovery CD will be a good idea

  Do knoppix automate or have a easy way to recover it.

is there any windows based program to do it is easy way ? this is the first
query of all newbies
