I recently downloaded the 700 mb iso of gOS(www.thinkgos.com) for trying it out.
I am using VirtualBox v3 to run gOS. But it is not booting properly. It loads up , shows option of installing and or just running without install. I choose the latter. It loads up, the desktop comes up with mouse cursor but then it is all blank. Can't see anything on the Desktop, only the mouse running over a blank screen. I think there might be some problem with Display or resolution, though have provided 700 mb RAM and 64 MB + video memory. Still, no changes in it. Rest of the OSs run smoothly under virtualized conditions.
