Hi Abhi,

Try this:

First configure different IP address of all three machine with same subnet
mask. (same subnet mask will create a internal
network<http://www.aboutdebian.com/network.htm>like home network) <
http://www.aboutdebian.com/network.htm>

Then use any file sharing software like samba for window and Ubuntu machine
or lookup at this <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040> <
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040> link for file sharing between
windows machines
