Hi, Just like to share my joy as I have just finished implementing OTRS 2.4.7 for my company. About 200 agents, 150 Queues and 250 filters. LIVE for about a month now with very little issues. Handed over to concerned team and feeling relaxed and having great feeling of implementing fully Linux based solution in a company which is 99.9% on Microsoft products. Cheers!
