directly copy pasting iso file to pendrive wont work. you have to insall
bootloader and copy paste the content of iso to pendrive. that you can do
with the help of existing linux or window running computer. on window
download and intall unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/) on
ubuntu you have inbuilt option to create bootable flash drive.
