correction: OSScamp is July 24-25. The "No Collaboration" model is surprising. There wouldn't be any FOSS without collaboration. No, I am not asking you to contribute efforts to OSScamp. You are welcome if you want to, but that's your choice.
IMHO, instead of creating yet another workshop/conference/event, i would suggest contributing efforts to make existing ones better. Or is it about Credit? In any case, you guys should check out Freed.in, the annual FOSS Festival/Conference organised by ILUG Delhi.
