If there is any way I can help, I would be delighted. Just let me know. You can count on me.
Recently Linux for You came with a CD full of video lectures on GIMP. Maybe you can add some of that, to your library of videos. IIT-B (Kannan Moudgalya) makes some good video tutorials on FOSS related stuff. maybe you can borrow something. Send him a mail. I too have some collection, including a FOSS song sung by RMS, and a FOSS dance by RMS. You want copies ? You can also add some open source movies created using FOSS tools. Wish your (our) project all success, partha On 11/07/2010, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: > ============================================================================= > Today's Topic Summary > ============================================================================= > > Group: [email protected] > Url: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/topics > > - Help plzz [2 Updates] > http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/e22c833f617c1381 > - os not found [5 Updates] > http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/a364a0b330cbe4ac > - hijacking threads was [...@iitd:8418] Linusability [6 Updates] > http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/5c7e74762c82d453 > - Ubuntu Partner Repositories [2 Updates] > http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/7730160de03f895b > - [...@iitd:8423] Annual Festival of FOSS in IITDelhi [7 Updates] > http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/457f120d0ade7ffb > - Project - "60 Hr FOSS Videos" [3 Updates] > http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/b44cbaa8e51e524d > > > ============================================================================= > Topic: Help plzz > Url: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/e22c833f617c1381 > ============================================================================= > > ---------- 1 of 2 ---------- > From: gopi <[email protected]> > Date: Jul 11 09:51AM -0700 > Url: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/msg/511107ed0f35bae4 > > Iam getting this error while booting up > fedora 12.Before this > fedora12 used get freezed suddenly then i had to abruptly shut it > down.The error is [drm:i915_handle_error] *ERROR* EIR stuck: > 0x00000010, masking > kernel: render error detected, EIR: 0x00000010 > my system specifications are > ~1GB ram > intel pentium 4 processor > 40 gb hard disk > > > ---------- 2 of 2 ---------- > From: narendra sisodiya <[email protected]> > Date: Jul 11 11:09PM +0530 > Url: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/msg/343fac6b3536539e > >> ~1GB ram >> intel pentium 4 processor >> 40 gb hard disk > > fsck your harddisk... > > -- > ┌─────────────────────────┐ > │ Narendra Sisodiya > │ http://narendrasisodiya.com > └─────────────────────────┘ > > > > ============================================================================= > Topic: os not found > Url: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/t/a364a0b330cbe4ac > ============================================================================= > > ---------- 1 of 5 ---------- > From: ankita <[email protected]> > Date: Jul 11 09:18AM -0700 > Url: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/msg/11fbf8aebed5c72 > > hey > my win7 was running fine > then i booted ubuntu 9.10 in my lappi in seperate partition outside > windows\ > after that it worked well for a fewminutes > after shutting down when i started it again > its giving > " GRUB LOADING > $#%^^ SYMBOLS NOT FOUND > OS NOT FOUND" > > i dont want to loose my data stored in windows\ > tell me how could i solve my problem at the best.???
