sites ask for IE and some make it mandatory, AFAIK it is on the NIC's
guidelines they work and if NIC isn't able to implement that thing then
that's bad and I know shift is coming but NASSCOM is certainly a corrupt
organisation for me. Anyways thanks for you insight as you have worked there
so you're the best person to tell what's happening inside but the positives
should come out to top most level i.e. to the sites/services we directly
interact with.
