if we promote it as the central listing of foss events, people will use it.
if we as organisers make a rule of listing events there, it wil happen. its
a two sided affair. we have to contribute to ensure it is used.

in my experience, they list all events after some moderation. so there is a
time lag, yes, but they list it. and its mostly credible. region and size is
no constraint.

i would have said - create a fossevents.in in that case. yet, i think
promoting, contributing and encouraging fossevents.org is a meaningful act
