ubiquity http://packages.ubuntu.com/maverick/ubiquity is responsible for installation. It give some steps. Two initial steps which are 1) Keyboard Layout selection 2) Timezone selection
are not needed. These step can be bypassed. Take It like a assignment and please bypass these steps. If you want to contribute in this manner then please let us know..
