my context is venue - I came to know that release party venue is IITDelhi and no update when it was frozen. It is good that you have posted on mailing list.. But I was unable to locate mail from your side. Also, I was listed that event is 2 day - 8-9 jan. Also I saw facebook event - http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=185183834830742 Which is at 7th and by Srijan. So now when i am going throw all links, today I came to know that Total 3 day long Drupal Party we have. I was confused between 2 and thinking that both are same. I am very much sure that other will having this confusion too. So All I wanted to have a clean mail from your side about three day activity. Also, From event page, It looks like you have chosen IITDelhi as venue. fair enough !! But from your post, now I came to know venue is not decided. (internally to iitdelhi). So for me, It looks like , everything is done and no posting.. May be from your side, you were making effort to decide venue and thinking for dropping a mail after full venue decision.
