The point is,Why would a webmaster want his site's data available through other sources(DDG's PNR search).That would mean a reduction in the visitor count on his website.And since Indian Railways website has ads on it,that would surely translate into some revenue loss too. IMO indianrailways.gov.in won't allow the feature.
