Red Hat is seeking a QE team lead to join its QE organization. Red
Hat's QE group ensures the quality of Red Hat's products, by
performing comprehensive testing to the entire product features and
providing up-to-date, accurate and complete view on the product's
quality to R&D, product management and company executives.

Quality Assurance Engineers maintain close working relationships with
developers and architects and assist in developing high quality
features with the most complex and challenging issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

   * Act as a subject matter expert in the design, implementation and
execution of tests in the various aspects of application compatibility
   * Provide timely, complete and accurate testing status report
   * Use available tools to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
   * Accurately record issues found during tests, including
investigation, troubleshooting, & the resolution of issues
   * Work closely with Red Hat's development engineering
   * Manage a team of QE engineers, assigning tasks, monitoring
progress, resolving bottlenecks, collecting status and raising issues.
   * Mentoring new team members,servicing as technical knowledge
focal point for the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

   * University degree, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
   * Minimum 5 years of related experience
   * Experience in building testing frameworks and in test automation.
   * Scripting experience in languages like Perl, shell, and Python
   * Strong operating system knowledge - Unix/Linux
   * Programming skills in C and Java are a major plus
   * Exposure to POSIX and LSB testing frameworks are a major plus
   * Strong inter-personal communication skills
