We need a image where we will put tux and other Logos and in central we will write something like -- "Want any help on FOSS/GNU-Linux, Join LUG@IITD" and then we will create a html embed code which other can use for embedding this promotional adv image on their sites.
Also, you are highly highly advised to create such thing as html page. so that we can change slogan or quotes. Image and Logos editing can be done in GIMP.
