I still do not know why people do not understand the main problem. See, OpenStandards are more important then OpenSource. Firefox Win over IE because both work on open format (html format). It was very difficult to fight with Microsoft Office because it has close format. same with flash. So close format make life difficult. also close format grow like viral. If you use OpenOffice and create MS Office format document from it then problem is not solved. infact such practices are not encouraged. you can never have 100% compatibility between M$ office and LibreOffice/OpenOffice.
