there is a difference between posts in an archived list and posts in a thread. In a thread where there is more than one recipient, if you use interleaved posting the whole thread becomes a mess. No one knows what is happening. Top post is correct in these circumstances and anyone who tries any other way of posting is insane. Where the mails are archived, you should quote just enough of the mail you are replying to so that the recipients do not have to go to the archives every time. -- regards KG http://lawgon.livejournal.com Coimbatore LUG rox http://ilugcbe.techstud.org/ -- LUG@IITD - http://lug-iitd.org/Footer
