Why can't we introduce people to the rules in a friendly, instead of leg pulling through out the conversation. If we keep telling everyone to follow the posting the rules while they post in the list for help, many would stop coming again for help and might even stop using linux because of satisfactory support. I have seen so many forums online where people many times ask foolish question, or do not address the questions with proper subject etc, but people still help them in friendly manner.
