I manage some 2-3 more wiki and face same problem. I am very busy and cannot
search for settings , may you send setting.
I would love ot see that
* IP user should not be able to create article
* creating account need captcha
* logined user can create article (or change any article) but publishing
need approval
* Once he the first article is allowed by admin , he will be given normal
rights to create and edit pages.

Let me know if you have settings for these !!
