yes we should start now. Yes we can use python based framework like django.
But i prefer drupal. Its great CMS and we just have to concentrate on logic
of our application rest of it will handle itself. If we use python then we
have to do some functionality manually which drupal can handle itself or
using existing module. I have good command over drupal. For our design
first we will prepare mock-up  then we can extend any drupal base theme for
our responsive design. For Basic functionality of our app we can create as
custom module. With drupal we can do fast development and can get feedback
soon.
