Your pendrive seems to be faulty (unless somehow the connections are
loose). I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it because you may not be
able to retrieve data from it on a later date. What's the point of
storing data on such a drive? It has bad blocks for sure as indicated
in dmesg log. Badblocks in general can be marked with
fsck.ext3 -c
fsck.ext4 -c
