@Gaurav: thanks for the honest reply. While obviously somethings are outside control... Open source helps govt companies also-- because given the possibly of beaureaucratic management and sometimes programmers who work in a 9-5 way, it brings facts of code before management... And extends manpower with best brains of community-- hence saving govt (=public) money.
Also, no harm trying to use experience to architect a open system that does some of same stuff... And can handle same test data-- and released on GPL or LGPL terms. Someday if govt decides to use it... It can lead to opening up rest of system too. @supreet: good effort man... Nice seeing your willingness to contribute to community.
