No, I think ERP has different features than a eOffice is supposed to have.
ERP can be used to automate all the office work .i.e. to manage the
every department like sales department, production department,
Inventory  management etc.

and what eOffice supposed to have is the circulation of documents from
one level to another so as to approve them from the partcular
authority.

I don't know If openERP has these feature, I will check it for these features.
