Hi

You are using NAT for your network connectivity and if you virtual machine
to connect you will not see 10.0.2.15 rather you would see the gateway IP
of 10.0.2.2

so add this rule

Let us flush all rules to prevent confusion
*#iptables -F*
Now let us add the block rule
*#iptables -A INPUT -s 10.0.2.0/24 -j DROP*
