Hi,
I am using dell studio. Recently got my laptop repaired for VGA chip
problem. Now WIFI is not detected. wired connection is fine.
I have included output of few commands which may be relevant.
$ lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net
06:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM5784M
Gigabit Ethernet PCIe [14e4:1698] (rev 10)
Subsystem: Dell Device [1028:02be]
Kernel driver in use: tg3
$ iwconfig
lo no wireless extensions.
eth0 no wireless extensions.
$ rfkill list
0: dell-bluetooth: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
Kindly tell me if some hardware is missing or it is a driver problem.
