After some inspection I get these details.
When I click on file system I get this message at the status bar: Free
space 338.7 MB
But when I click on home folder I get: Free space 8.7 GB
First, please bottom-post. I believe that was decided a month or two
back to be the new norm for replying to emails. It is easy to follow
threads that way.
Second, please trim your posts and only keep relevant portions.
Coming to your problem now. Can you provide the output of the following.
$ sudo fdisk -l /dev/sda
This will show the partitions (and the partition type) of each partition
on your first HDD (I am guessing it is sda). Also, you didn't tell us
which partition and filesystem is the root of this warning.
