Hello everybody,
Which microcontroller or microprocessor can we
use to make a industrial used biometrix device.We are starting from
scratch.One friend of mine is working on this project.He just need data on
serial port.I am aware of Atmega128,having two USART ports.One can be used
to communicate with biometrix device and second with computer.But i am not
aware of the rigidity and performance of Atmega 128.Will its processing
speed will be sufficient or we should use some other microcoprocessor along
with RTOS?
