> > This is all common. Even our own college course enrolment system used > to force use of IE. > Yes. It's really tiring and trying. But isn't Pearson as international brand? Oh. whatever. We had an intern from Kgp who was proud of being able to get hands on cracked versions of S/w!!! He was so used to it that he was happy using a trial version of VCpp over using Eclipse/Makefiles. It was a real shock. And I have even heard of it from some of my colleagues from IIT-G, their prof not even bothering what they use (mostly pirated s/w). In this sense, if nothing else, I really felt happy about having worked under Sumantra sir.. and yes IIT D, does seem to be better in this sense - esp. with the CTech and JTM dept.s

Power users. yes it falls short. But still IE? Seriously? Forget Firefox. It never had propaganda. Not even Google Chrome? That's what I found surprising. -- Lots o' Luv, Phani Bhushan Let not your sense of morals prevent you from doing what is right - Isaac Asimov (Salvor Hardin in Foundation and Empire) Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments.
