I have recently switched to linux mint 64 bit from ubuntu 11.10 1) I could not use my micromax modem in it even after using sakis3g script it switches my modem bt it could nt connect to the registered network.. 2) i have downloaded software from software centre bt they do not install even after several attempts ,i have dpkg the packages bt of no use. any sugestaions...
