Hi All,

Here is command on linux is "runuser". With this command you can take
environment of any user
or run any command etc like different user. It fulfilled my motives.
It can be run by root user only.

What  I did is that, I gave the sudo access to user with this single
command runuser with no password option in sudo.

I think this information will be helpful for others also.
