Usually DNS is cached so if you visited www.dhana.com then first request will take a little longer time as your machine's resolver will need to fetch the records from nameserver hosting record for www.dhana.com. However after this initial request subsequent requests will be fast as record is cached for time specified in TTL for the record. Also DNS requests aren't very large so generally latency is not much of an issue unless your dns server is getting ddos'ed. Why do you think it's DNS which is causing slow response for your site access ?
