So fortunately I finally see someone interested in the party! So I think

As we need to decide things like Where and When ( the date is
05.05.2013, but I don't mind changing it, if more people would like to
have it on some other day) but timings need to be decided too.
AFA where part is concerned, the venue can only be decided, once we
roughly know how many people are coming, so again please let us know if
you are coming.

Sorry but I don't have any direct contacts who can get it arranged, so
if nothing else works, I can have it at my place, which can accommodate
roughly 10 persons or so.
