I am agree with your design but using Respberry pie, Project will be more advance and in future. Once you will be able to operate motor switch from Respberry pie after that some code of Python will do whatever you want to do. I also belong to family of farmers and there are more than one problems occur with motor on/off operation like power failure,uncertinity of power at night ti es, voltage problem (sometimes voltage is very low that we can't operate motor so we need mechanism to check either voltage is full enough to run the motor.), sometimes on rice season water level goes low and pump refuse to pick water so running motor dry causes damage. > @Arshpreet - > > How much Respberry thing will cost ?
