Hi Anshul,
The last year's event saw around 300 people attending the event. This year
the target would be for 400-500.
Looking for dates in November.

Basic Minimum Expectations from the Venue;
1. One auditorium that can house 500 people. With projector, sound system
all in place so that we can easily connect a laptop to do a
presentation/play a video/audio clip, etc.
2. Preferably 1-2 smaller classrooms for a few small parallel tracks or
workshops to happen
3. A place or way to organize for food and beverages ( A tie-up with the
campus canteen will also do )
4. A bit of area where companies, organizations, LUG group or the local
Drupal association group can put up a stall.
5. Internet connectivity to attendees (or at least the presenters)
