beep ​we lost it long time back ​ago :-) , personally i  advocate and teach
 people who want to learn how to protect themselves through cryptoparties
etc.. , again this is one freedom has to be left at the user discretion.

talking about mailing lists we have failed miserable in past on many
mailing lists  in trying to make what you are proposing . i consider less
evil as ok than all things are evil , like i have no issues with windows
with Free software on them . Again these are personal choices best left to
individuals.

Hamara infrastructure if you can give access to we can host OSM servers,
Openstack etc.. aka Lab for people to play around with .​
