Bakteri/jamur aerob itu...contohnya yg bikin velvet - white spot - ich dsb penyakit yg terlihat dikulit.
Tidak ada itu aquarium itu yg steril....selama ada kontak udara bebas.... Non sense kalo ada yg bilang steril...kecuali aquariumnya pake air keras / alkohol & ditutup rapat....hehehehe Yg dibilang air aquarium bersih pun...namanya bakteri itu pasti ada....aerob maupun anaerob...bahkan virus... Hanya koloninya itu seberapa padat di air & dari jenis gramm positif (patogen/bakteri aktif) atau gramm negatif (bakteri pasif) itu masalahnya. Semakin padat koloninya semakin potensial merusak sistem vital organisme hidup kompleks. Semakin jarang yah berarti semakin jarang juga potensi berbahayanya. Tapi celakanya...jika ikan ngalamin kembung-kelebihan udara dlm perut. Bakteri aerob itu bisa pestapora juga di pencernaannya..dan bikin ikan "munting" - "berenang terbalik" .... Apalagi kalo ketemu temannya yg bakteri AN-AEROB & dedengkot VIRUS...wah cilaka 13 deh....party time itu... Ini bisa jadi karena....ikannya ngambil dari udara bebas scr langsung tapi kebanyakan (karena air lagi miskin O2 / lagi tercemar berat jadi langsung napas dipermukaan) Bisa juga karena O2 terlarut jumlahnya over dibanding kebutuhan...
