Waktu itu saya tidak mempergunakan pompa air pak...., saya belajar memelihara gurame di empang ...., dan mendapat pasokan air dari selokan yang mengalir di tepi sawah (dampak buruknya sangat berpotensi terkena pencemaran pestisida). saya belokkan asupan air dengan menggunakan pipa paralon. Waktu itu saya praktekkan dengan tingkat kepadatan sekitar 3-4 ekor/m2...:)
