Ikutan nimbrung ya. Aplikasi bio-ball yang tepat cukup dengan merendamnya pada tangki filter. Selama tidak tersumbat dan ada pengaliran melewati pori2 bio ball tsb sudah cukup. Untuk bio ball dengan spons/busa di tengah2nya, pemeliharaannya relatif lebih banyak drpd bioball biasa, serigkali harus dibuka/disemprot dengan air untuk menghilangkan sumbatan kotoran.
Membuat ngambang barangkali mau ngikutin cara kerja wet n dry filter ya? DIbuat berputar2 mau ngikutin cara kerja fluidized filter juga? Bio-ball susah untuk dibuat muter2/ngambang ngikutin cara kerja alat fluidised filter yang menggunakan ball/manik2 kecil. Hal ini karena ukuran bio-ball yang relatif besar, perlu pompa yang kuat untuk bisa ngikutin cara kerja fluidised filter. Yang lebih realistis ngikutin cara kerja wet n dry filter dan fluidised filter adalah menggunakan bio-wheel. Tapi cara kerja dan efektifitasnya kata orang gk seberapa seperti yg diiklankan. Too overated kata orang2 sih.
