I have a draft of that paper and it won't be appropriate for
me to distribute it. You can probably ask Felix Klock to post
it on his web site. I believe the papers will be posted on
the Scheme Workshop web site anyways (or at least, that's how
it's been all along for previous workshops).
Two months later, I finally got around to putting up the paper (as
well as the slides from my presentation, modulo correcting a
particularly nasty typo that Mike Sperber noticed during my
presentation).
