Derick, let us to stop beating this dead horse. The R6RS allows an
implementation
to always instantiate a module and Ypsilon does so. You convinced me
that in some
cases this is suboptimal and unneeded, but this is still a possible
design choice.
You may think it is a bad choice, I may think it is suboptimal,
another can think
it is a good choice. At least it has the advantage of simplicity. I
have agreed to
not call this choice "implicit phasing", what can I do more?
