Ok, I changed my mind. :)
I have noticed you have what looks a lot (well earlier revisions, 1527 I
think) the same code in Ikarus as descibed by Waddell.
Would looking at an early revision (of ikarus.compiler.source-optimizer.ss)
help me get a better understanding, or is the code too Ikarus specific?
Is the code for his thesis available online anywhere, or, if possible, can I
please use the code in Ikarus if that is not a problem with you?
