that a Purchase Agreement to acquire another adult daycare company has been
executed.
CEO Duane Starkey states, "We are excited about another addition to our company
that should increase our annual gross revenues by an additional $500,000.
This facility operates under the Star Plus HMO program in Texas, allowing for
increased reimbursements and increased healthcare related services.
