Dear Friend,

If you’re like most people, you are probably very happy to see
2008 come to an end.

2008 might as well be the single most significant year when more
wealth transferred than any time prior, perhaps even since the
Great Depression.

Events in the financial markets have permanently changed almost
everyone’s lifestyle, perhaps irreparably.

Folks that had been worth millions on paper saw their wealth
diminish, literally overnight.

Gone are the years of hard earned savings in 401(k)s and other
retirement accounts. Now, unable to retire, folks will be working
longer trying to make up what they had lost.

Everyone knows someone who is either unemployed, in foreclosure
or worse yet - both.

The good news is that even though this transfer of wealth may
have affected you and your loved ones adversely, you will always
make it back. How fast you make it back is what counts and
depends solely on your ability to identify and take action on
opportunities.

Recently, we put together a short webinar discussing where to
identify opportunities in residential real estate. Click here to
see the clip.

New Year, New Choices To Be Made.

In this holiday time of reflection remember that nothing is worth
getting upset about or can upset you without your permission.

As long as it doesn't kill you it will pass and make you wiser
and stronger... If you don't let mistakes, problems or hardship
overcome you they become valuable learning experiences...

You can never fail unless you give up.

We all have the same beginning and end. It's how we play the game
of life in-between that counts... each day that passes will
never come again.

There are no second chances or do–overs.

The most important thing is to be healthy, keep a positive mental
attitude, make the best of any situation, not let any negativity
or stress infect your mind... and most importantly try in one's
own way to help others and make the world a better place to live.

Carpe Diem!

Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
